SELF STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT — {{facilityName}}

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between {{facilityName}} ("Facility") and {{customerName}} ("Tenant") effective {{startDate}}.
1. UNIT. Facility rents to Tenant storage unit {{unitNumber}} ({{unitSize}}) on a month-to-month basis.
2. RENT. Tenant agrees to pay {{monthlyPrice}} per month, due on the same day of each month. Late payments may incur late fees and access restrictions per the Facility Rules.
3. USE. The unit may be used for storage of personal property only. Tenant shall not store hazardous, flammable, explosive, illegal, or perishable items, and shall not live in or occupy the unit.
4. LOCK & ACCESS. Tenant is responsible for securing the unit with a lock as described in the move-in instructions. Facility staff may access the unit as permitted by law.
5. LIABILITY. Property is stored at Tenant's sole risk. Facility is not responsible for loss or damage to stored goods except as required by law. Tenant insurance is recommended.
6. DEFAULT. If rent remains unpaid past the grace period, the rental may be marked overdue, access may be restricted, and lien procedures may apply as permitted by state law.
7. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate with notice as required by law. Tenant must remove all property and leave the unit clean upon move-out.
By accepting electronically, Tenant acknowledges reading and agreeing to this Agreement and the Facility Rules.
